I started playing records in Boulder, Colorado. I was working at a night club at the time, so when our afterhours dj moved to Florida, I was offered the job. From there I began organizing my own events, trying to promote the female aspect of the scene. I was picked up by a few different production companies (Catalyst and Underground) as a resident before I moved back to my home town in Michigan in the summer of 1999. I stayed in Michigan for about 6 months during which I played all over the state at various clubs and parties for companies such as Karma Kitty, Progressive 616, CC-Tech, and Primetime. A chance opportunity to move to San Francisco arose in the beginning of 2000, so of course I packed my bags and took off. I lived in SF for a year. While I was there I picked up a couple of local residencies including Girl Power by Trancefusion, Spin Knowledge Records, and Groove Network. During this time I also began travelling to do shows in St. Louis, Kansas City, Des Moines, Louisville, and Honolulu. Early in 2001 I released two new tapes: Torn, and Psychebella. I just moved to LA and am looking forward to having a great time and helping out the scene in any way I can.
